New “Basic” Panelist: Jenny Massey

Jenny Massey is Manager of Sales and Marketing for Suddenlink’s Mid South Region. Jenny joined Suddenlink in 2007 and is responsible for customer acquisition, retention, competitive research, management of sales for the region as well as assisting in sales channel optimization.

It was Jenny’s previous role as Regional Sales Manager at Alltel Communications that provided her with the invaluable experience of retail sales in a competitive environment. Alltel Communications was a wireless communications provider that at the time competed with top 3 providers such as Verizon and AT&T (the former Cingular).

A graduate of Arkansas State University with a Business Administration degree, Jenny began her career as a Sales and Service Representative for Centurylink, formerly known as CenturyTel, in the wireless division.
