To honor excellence, each year the Mid-America Cable Show sponsors its MIDI Awards, the winners of which are announced during the Mid-America Cable Show. Awards in each category are given based on the number of subscribers:

10,000 Subscribers & Under
10,001 – 25,000 Subscribers
25,001 – 50,000 Subscribers
More Than 50,000 Subscribers
